This effective lotion effectively removes heavy and waterproof makeup from the eyes and lips. Made up of a light oil to effectively loosen and remove makeup, while a soothing water cleanses and hydrates the area.

Formula:
Bi-phase formula, a superior oily one and an inferior watery one, made up of ultra-fine oils and a mixture of emollients.
Presentation: 125 ml.
Application:
Mix the two phases of the product. To do this, turn the container over at least twice. Soak cotton and remove make-up from eyes and lips morning and/or night. Do not rinse.
